The Great KL Challenge is a competition presented by Sweden-Malaysia which an initiative by Swedish and Malaysian industry, government authorities and academia with the objective of closing ties between the countries and invite students to drive innovation by submitting great ideas and solutions to existing and future city challenges.
Winners of the competition will receive the opportunity to complete an internship at SAAB in Malaysia, take part in innovation programs, or go on a study trip to Sweden in summer 2013!Read more about the Awards!

To enter the competition, each applicant is required to:
The entire entry must be completed within the given time frame for the competition.
The submission must be completed in English.
Registration and application to the Great KL Challenge is free of charge.
Applicants will be judged and scored based on their quiz results, personal statement, background information, and the quality of their case solution. Recommendations on Facebook will also be assessed based on their quantity and quality, and may play a role in advancing applicants.
After all applications have been received by the April 28, 2013 competition deadline, the top 2 applicants per Award will be selected and notified of their standing in the competition. All finalists will be invited to attend the prize ceremony where they will get to meet with the respectable jury. Read more about the prize ceremony!
The jury will evaluate the submissions and the prize winners will be announced during the prize ceremony. The prize ceremony will take place at the Swedish Embassy in Kuala Lumpur on May 22nd, 2013. Travel expenses to the prize ceremony are compensated for finalists traveling within Malaysia.
